Requirements:
√ Bachelor's Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying.
√ Proven experience managing construction projects from inception to completion.
√ Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, construction processes, and site supervision.
√ Excellent leadership, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
√ Ability to coordinate engineers, architects, artisans, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.

Responsibilities:
√ The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive work programmes for each project, supervising all stages of construction, coordinating site teams, monitoring progress against the approved work programme, ensuring quality standards are maintained, and ensuring projects are delivered within the agreed timelines and budget. The successful candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of identifying and resolving issues before they impact project delivery.
