The Project Manager (Level 3) serves as a technical and execution lead across multiple manufacturing projects, providing direction, expertise, and problem-solving leadership in complex or high-impact situations. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy, drives alignment across cross-functional teams, and supports Program Managers by translating strategic objectives into executable plans. Level 3 Project Managers are trusted advisors on project execution and actively guide and coach junior Project Managers to strengthen overall team performance.

Functioning as a Manufacturing Program Management (MPM) organization, the team works closely with headquarters Sales, R&D, Quality, and Engineering teams to estimate resources, manage schedules, and align execution with customer requirements. The PM team coordinates cross-functional activities, balances customer commitments with internal efficiency, and adapts plans as conditions change. By serving as a key bridge between customers, headquarters, and manufacturing functions, the team supports timely execution and successful product delivery.

· Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Test, and Operations teams.
· Lead execution of multiple projects concurrently, including complex Mass Production (MP) and/or New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives.
· Provide technical and execution leadership by defining project strategies, timelines, and risk mitigation plans.
· Identify systemic risks, resource constraints, and interdependencies across projects; recommend and implement corrective actions.
· Serve as an escalation point for project issues, leading root cause analysis and recovery planning.
· Lead critical project meetings and reviews, ensuring clear decision-making, accountability, and follow-through.
· Support customer- and headquarters-facing discussions as needed, providing execution insight and feasibility input.
· Partner closely with Program Managers to support program-level planning, prioritization, and execution strategy.
· Provide hands-on guidance, coaching, and mentorship to Level 1 and Level 2 Project Managers, including review of schedules, risk plans, and communications.
· Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management standards, tools, and best practices across the PM team.
