DASMEN Residential is looking for a Project Manager for our Renovations & Construction team to be based out of Ramsey. NJ region.
This position is entry level
Responsibilities:
- Experience in construction management or property management
- Oversee the construction project from start to finish.
- Compiling vendor quotes
- Ensuring work is within project scope
- Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed
- Preparing any necessary work flow schedules and monitoring the same to enable meeting of reporting deadlines.
- Ensure that A/P invoices are submitted to the corporate office for payment, handle petty cash and all funds.
- Precise attention to detail
- Very organized and able to manage competing priorities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks according to project needs
