Project Manager (A&A Interior Fit-Out)

VIC Interior Pte Ltd is an established interior fit-out and A&A contractor specializing in healthcare, institutional, commercial and office renovation projects. We are a BCA CR06 L5 registered contractor and have successfully completed projects for leading clients including hospitals, specialist medical centres, government agencies and corporate offices.
We are seeking a motivated and responsible Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, tender pricing, Bills of Quantities (BQ) and quotations.
- Review tender documents, drawings and specifications.
- Call quotations from suppliers and subcontractors, evaluate and compare submissions.
- Prepare project budgets, cost plans and cash flow forecasts.
- Measure quantities and prepare variation orders, claims and final accounts.
- Monitor project costs and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare progress claims and assist with payment certifications.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve competitive pricing.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors and clients on contractual and commercial matters.
- Maintain proper documentation and cost records throughout project execution.
- Perform any other quantity surveying and commercial duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience in interior fit-out, renovation or A&A projects.
- Experience in healthcare or institutional projects will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, contract administration and tendering procedures.
- Able to interpret architectural, structural and M&E drawings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office and quantity take-off.
- Good negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
- Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
