  • Conduct site visits for new enquiries and prepare quotations accordingly.

  • Communicate project needs, requirements, and schedules clearly to supervisors, team leaders, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Establish and maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.

  • Effectively manage project teams, site staff, materials, and equipment.

  • Investigate productivity or performance issues and implement corrective measures; prepare reports for management approval.

  • Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans; submit reports to management.

  • Assist Quantity Surveyors (QS) in retrieving claim submission documents and resolving payment issues; ensure timely submission of claim sheets.

  • Monitor project budget, track costs, and prepare for unforeseen expenses.

  • Manage materials and equipment to minimize wastage, damage, and unnecessary costs.

  • Ensure optimal utilization of company assets and rented equipment/materials.

  • Manage manpower costs to achieve cost efficiency within budget.

  • Attend, prepare, and chair monthly meetings with supervisors, team leaders, and drivers; submit minutes to management.

  • Attend site meetings and inspections with clients and safety teams as required.

  • Prepare regular project progress reports.

  • Ensure all changes to specifications, scopes, drawings, and delays are properly documented.

  • Conduct accident/incident/near-miss investigations and submit reports to authorities; implement safety measures onsite.

  • Perform any ad-hoc projects or duties as required by management.

  • Scaffolding experience is an added advantage.
