What You'll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, managing scope, timelines, budgets and key dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Establish and maintain effective project governance, including risk management, reporting, gate reviews and steering committee engagement.
- Coordinate operational and technology deployment activities, including systems integration, business readiness and change implementation.
- Manage external partners and vendors, ensuring delivery milestones, dependencies and issues are effectively managed.
- Partner closely with Product and Technology teams to deliver system changes, testing and implementation activities.
- Engage senior stakeholders across Operations, Commercial, Legal and Finance to align delivery outcomes with business objectives.
- Develop contingency plans, manage risks and provide recommendations to support informed decision-making.
- Track project benefits and outcomes against approved business cases and operational objectives.
- Provide executive-level reporting and insights on project progress, risks and performance.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to achieve agreed outcomes.
You'll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Project Management, Technology or a related discipline.
- PRINCE2, PMP or similar project management certification (highly desirable).
- At least five years' experience delivering complex projects across cross-functional environments.
- Experience working with operational and technical delivery teams to achieve project outcomes.
- Strong project planning, scheduling, governance and risk management capability.
- An understanding of agile principles, lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
- Experience partnering with Product and Technology teams on system delivery and integration initiatives.
- Experience within transport, logistics or mobility sectors will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrates strong strategic thinking and commercial judgement.
- Influences and engages senior stakeholders with confidence and credibility.
- Can simplify complex issues into practical business outcomes and recommendations.
- Is highly organised and thrives in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
- Takes ownership, drives accountability and remains focused on outcomes.
- Makes balanced and pragmatic decisions when managing risk and delivery priorities.
