The Opportunity

The Project Manager (PM) leads commercial casework and architectural millwork projects from Contract through installation and closeout. This role serves as the primary point of coordination across drafting, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, installation teams, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, budget, and aligned with HCo quality standards.

This is an execution role. The PM does not oversee production staff directly; they own clarity, momentum, and issue resolution across all assigned projects — directly supporting HCo's continued growth in both local and national markets.

What You'll Do

? Manages project schedules, milestones, and deliverables across multiple active jobs using Innergy ERP and other project tracking tools.

? Identifies risks, constraints, and scope changes early; proposes solutions and escalation paths.

? Maintains overall project momentum from kickoff through closeout.

? Represents HCo at jobsite meetings and field coordination meetings.

? Coordinates field measurements, installation schedules, and site logistics.

? Resolves field conditions, discrepancies, and installation issues in real time.

? Travels to jobsites as required based on project scope; frequency varies by active project load.

? Coordinates closely with Drafting and Engineering to ensure accurate, constructible shop drawings.

? Reviews, tracks, and approves submittals and revisions.

? Aligns fabrication, delivery, and installation sequencing with internal teams.

? Maintains complete and organized project documentation — including RFIs, submittals, COIs, meeting notes, and correspondence — within Innergy and other project systems.

? Provides consistent, proactive updates to internal stakeholders and external partners.

? Owns project data integrity within Innergy ERP — schedules, milestones, and documentation — and supports continued rollout of PM workflows and best practices.

What You Bring

? Highly organized and able to manage multiple active projects at once.

? Previous experience in project management, construction coordination, or manufacturing environments.

? Experience with manufacturing or casework/millwork ERP systems required; Innergy experience preferred.

? Demonstrated computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) and knowledge of project management software

? Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

? Valid Driver’s License

? Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, submittals, and technical project documentation.

? Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across internal teams and external partners.

? Comfortable resolving field conditions and discrepancies in real time.

? Experience in cabinet, millwork environments.
