Project Manager

Summary

Manage water infrastructure or Building M&E projects end to end—planning drawings, schedules, risk assessments—while monitoring progress, enforcing safety/quality policies, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensures overall planning, organization, direction, coordination and control of all operations to meet the project objectives.
  • Plan and prepare all project activities - drawings, schedules, risk assessments, method statements, etc.
  • Monitor progress of each project and resolve any problem that arises, including site issues.
  • Ensures project execution is within the cost, time, quality and technical objectives.
  • Enforce the implementation of operation, quality, safety and environmental policies of the company amongst the projects team.
  • Liaise with colleagues, Consultants, Clients, Suppliers and Sub-Contractors.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 Year(s) of working experience in the management of complex water infrastructure projects or Building M&E projects
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with clients like PUB, NEA, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors and colleagues,
  • Have strong sense of ownership and responsibility, can manage project safety, schedule, costing efficiently and effectively, ensure on time delivery.
  • Team player with intercultural sensitivity
