Job Description (JD): Senior Project Manager(ACMV)
About the Role We are seeking a full-time Senior Project Manager (ACMV) to lead our project team and oversee end-to-end execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Plan schedules, monitor timelines, and manage teams of managers, engineers, supervisors, and workers.
- Coordination & Design: Handle project designs, meet client requirements, and liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Documentation & Commercials: Prepare progress claims, material submissions, shop/as-built drawings, risk assessments, and handle final accounts/variation orders.
- Site Operations: Oversee site supervision, manage manpower planning, anticipate issues, and mitigate risks.
Required Skills & Other Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in ACMV.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a positive, eager-to-learn attitude.

1. Technical & Engineering Skills
- ACMV Systems Knowledge: Deep understanding of chiller plants, air handling units (AHUs), cooling towers, fan coil units (FCUs), ductwork design, and ventilation calculations.
- Blueprint & Drawing Interpretation: Ability to read and review M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) layout plans, shop drawings, and As-Built drawings.
- Standards & Compliance: Familiarity with Singapore’s BCA, MOM, SCDF, and NEA regulations, as well as local codes of practice for air conditioning and mechanical ventilation.
2. Project Management & Commercial Skills
- Scheduling & Planning: Proficiency in tracking project timelines using milestones, critical path methods, and resource allocation.
- Cost & Contract Control: Ability to handle progress claims, budgeting, variation orders (VOs), and final accounts.
- Procurement & Vendor Management: Managing supplier deliveries for major equipment and coordinating with sub-contractors.
3. Leadership & Soft Skills
Team & Stakeholder Coordination: Directing engineers, supervisors, and site workers while effectively communicating with main contractors, consultants, and clients.
Risk Management: Anticipating site issues, resolving clashes (e.g., M&E coordination clashes), and mitigating project delays.
Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making capabilities to handle urgent on-site technical roadblocks.
