Project Manager, ACMV
Summary
Oversee large-scale ACMV (Air Conditioning, Mechanical Ventilation) and BMS (Building Management System) installation projects in Singapore, managing budgets, teams, and on-site execution from planning to handover.
In this role, you will lead the full delivery of ACMV works and manage the complete project lifecycle, from budgeting and progress claims to on-site execution and testing. This position requires a strong subcontractor track record and extensive experience in both ACMV and BMS installation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall project management, execution schedules, and directions for large-scale ACMV installations.
- Manage and mentor a complete team including engineers, site supervisors, WSH coordinators, and subcontractors.
- Control project budgets while handling monthly progress claims, variation orders (VOs), and EOT submissions.
- Liaise directly with main contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve site engineering clashes and issues.
- Oversee technical submissions including Method Statements (MOS), Risk Assessments (RA), shop drawings, and RFIs.
- Drive system handovers by leading testing, commissioning, OMM documentation, and the Defect Liability Period (DLP).
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related building services discipline.
- 10+ years of local design and installation experience in ACMV and BMS systems.
- Proven construction track record working with established mechanical subcontractors in Singapore.
- Deep technical proficiency in local codes, standards, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Results-oriented leader with strong commercial acumen for managing budget and subcontractor claims.
