Project Manager
- Supporting the Key Account Manager in the Project Acquisition Phase in several activities (e.g. analyze customer request for quotation documents, Feasibility Study and Risk Analysis, create Product Calculation, definition of Project Investments, create Project Timing Plan etc.)
- Taking over the responsibility for nominated Project from the Key Account Manager according to a defined Project Handover Procedure.
- Setting up the Project according to the official Adval Tech Project Management System
- Establishing the necessary communication to Customer, internal Project Team, Series Production Plant and external Partners and Suppliers.
- Coordinating the Product Design and Product Development Activities in cooperation with internal and external Partners and Suppliers.
- Responsibility that the final Product Design is in line with customer specification and meets all technical and quality requirements.
- Responsibility of monitoring the Project Timeline to secure customer Project Milestones and internal Project Timeline.
- Evaluating all modifications or changes to Product and Process Design
- Reporting the effect to Product Calculation or Project Budget to the responsible Key Account Manager and Project Controlling
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years experience in the automotive industry and minimum 2 years experience in Development Project for related Products.
- Knowledge of quality requirements and procedures in the (automotive) industry, particularly in plastic products from injection molding process.
- Knowledge in Management System IATF 16949 / ISO 9001: 2015 / ISO 14001:2015 / ISO 45001:2018
- Solid understanding in Quality systems, FMEA, APQP validation process.
- Excellent proficiency English, written and spoken.
- Advanced user skills in common Microsoft applications (especially Excel) and project management systems (e.g., MS Projects / Gant)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Friendly and professional behavior when interacting with clients
- Ability to understand customer needs and concerns and provide effective solutions
- High level of service orientation and enjoyment in working with people
- Strong initiative, reliability, and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain focus under pressure

- Additional language (German) is an asset.
