About the role

At Mur&Partners, we are offering a position as Project Manager - Advisory Sector

The person joining will have the mission to lead and coordinate business process transformation and digitalization projects, accompanying clients from the initial analysis of their needs to the implementation and monitoring of the defined solutions, with the objective of guaranteeing a real and tangible improvement in their operations.

What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate business process transformation and digitalization projects, from the initial analysis to the implementation and monitoring of the solutions.
• Analyze and understand client operations, especially their administrative, financial, and accounting processes, including invoicing, collections, purchasing, inventory, and closing.
• Perform a diagnosis of current processes, identifying inefficiencies, manual tasks, and opportunities for automation, digitalization, and improvement.
• Participate in the identification and evaluation of tools, ERPs, and technological solutions, selecting those that best respond to the client's needs.
• Ensure that the implemented solutions respond to both the operational needs of the business and its financial, accounting, and tax requirements.
• Accompany the client during the transformation process and change management, facilitating the adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working.

What we're looking for

• University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar.
• Previous experience in project management, business consulting, digital transformation, process improvement, or the implementation of management systems.
• Solid technical and functional foundation in administrative, financial, and accounting processes, with the ability to understand invoicing, purchasing, collections, payments, inventory, and closing circuits.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish and coordinating different stakeholders, teams, and/or providers.
• High level of English, with the ability to maintain professional conversations and operate autonomously in meetings and interactions with international stakeholders.
