What You'll Do
As our Project Manager, you'll partner with leadership and teams across the organization to design, implement, and improve business processes that support Royell's strategic goals.
You'll:
- Lead projects from concept through implementation.
- Develop clear, actionable project plans and timelines.
- Facilitate brainstorming, process mapping, and improvement initiatives.
- Conduct cost-benefit and gap analyses.
- Collaborate with employees, customers, and suppliers to deliver successful outcomes.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and eliminate waste.
- Translate complex ideas into practical solutions that drive results.
- Monitor progress and communicate updates to leadership.

Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of manufacturing-related experience as a Project Manager or Department Manager.
- Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Adobe Acrobat, and related business software.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing implementation.
- Aerospace manufacturing experience.
- Blueprint reading experience.
