Summary
Project Manager in Kuala Selangor overseeing engineering/construction projects (ideally HVAC or structural installation) end to end: planning schedules, costs and budgets, coordinating clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, managing site resources, and ensuring quality, safety and timely handover.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and oversee the overall execution of projects from start to completion.
- Manage project schedules, costs, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered according to plan.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project.
- Manage and monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and other site resources.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate the resolution of site and project related issues.
- Ensure all project works comply with required quality and safety standards.
- Conduct progress meetings and prepare regular project reports and updates.
- Coordinate project completion, testing, and handover to ensure timely delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management or project execution.
- Experience in managing site activities and coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Strong project coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage project schedules, resources, and site activities effectively.
- Experience in HVAC projects or structural installation projects is preferred.
- Willing to travel or work on-site when required.
