Project Manager (Agile)

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee application development and enhancement projects within the organization. This role will manage the project , coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure that project deliverables meet agreed timelines, requirements, and acceptance criteria.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the project technical delivery.

• Coordinate tasks between the client and stakeholders.

• Prepare project plans, WBS, estimates, schedules, and status reports.

• Monitor effort, timelines, deliverables, risks, and acceptance criteria.

• Ensure compliance with client standards and SDLC processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• At least 5 years of project management experience.

• Experience in application development or enhancement projects.

• Strong technical team, client, and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Knowledge of SDLC, project planning, and delivery monitoring.

Preferred Experience

• Managed services, SLA, and KPI monitoring.

• Agile or Scrum delivery.

• Insurance or financial services.

• Java- or Oracle-based projects.
