Project Manager – AI Data Center Power Solutions (專案管理師 – AI資料中心電源解決方案)

We are looking for a highly organized and technically skilled Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in developing Power Supply Units (PSUs), Battery Backup Units (BBUs), and related power solutions for AI data center applications. You will play a key role in driving project planning, execution, risk management, and communication between engineering teams, suppliers, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for product development.
• Define project scope, schedule, milestones, resource planning, and deliverables.
• Manage product development cycles including EVT, DVT, PVT, pilot run, and mass production.
• Manage communication with suppliers, ODM/OEM partners, and contract manufacturers.
• Prepare project status reports, timeline tracking, and executive-level summaries.
• Identify project risks, propose mitigation plans, and track action items.
• Monitor project cost, BOM changes, NPI issues, and schedule impacts.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, risk logs, and change management records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Electrical Engineering highly preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in hardware project management, ideally in power electronics, PSU, server, or data center products.
• Strong understanding of NPI/NPDI processes, product development cycles, and manufacturing workflows.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and ability to manage engineering-heavy projects.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.).
