PT Luxfeline Global Technology is looking for a results-driven Project Manager to lead our Indonesia AI video data collection projects. You will own the project from start to finish. That means developing offline shooting locations, building and managing the collection team, controlling quality and costs, and delivering on client targets.
Responsibilities
Manage the operation, implementation, and progress of Indonesia AI video data collection projects, and take full responsibility for delivery.
Develop stable shooting scenarios through offline BD and ground promotion, including factories, industrial parks, supermarkets, commercial streets, barbershops, retail stores, and maintenance shops.
Negotiate with scene owners and site managers to secure shooting permission, venue access, and on-site coordination, and build a long-term pool of scenario resources.
Recruit, train, schedule, and manage large-scale data collection staff.
Complete daily video collection tasks, meeting the duration and quantity standards set by clients.
Monitor daily progress and data quality, and improve the valid and qualified rates of the footage.
Control labor costs, optimize workflows and team efficiency, and improve project profit margin.
Prepare regular project data, progress reports, and quality reviews for the company and clients.
Requirements
Experience in offline BD, ground promotion, and business negotiation; experience working with factories, supermarkets, maintenance shops, or physical stores is preferred.
Experience in large-scale team management, manpower scheduling, and project operations.
Strong awareness of cost control, data analysis, and risk management.
High execution capability, able to drive a project independently from scenario development to final delivery.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; bilingual in Chinese is a strong plus.
Willing to do regular field visits and on-site supervision.
Preferred
Experience in AI data collection, video collection, data annotation, or AI project operations.
Experience managing field or outsourced workforces at scale.
Existing network among factories, retail chains, or commercial property owners in Greater Jakarta.
Comfortable using AI tools for reporting and data tracking.

Base salary: IDR 8,000,000 – 11,000,000 / month (negotiable).
