Project Manager – AI / Digital Solutions
Salary: RM 4,000 – RM 6,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to support the delivery of AI, digital technology and healthcare-related projects.
You will work closely with clients, management, technical teams, healthcare professionals, vendors and business partners to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on time.
This role combines Project Management, Business Development, Client Engagement and Implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage projects from planning and business development through implementation and delivery.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
Coordinate clients, internal teams, technical teams, vendors and other stakeholders.
Support client presentations, product demonstrations, proposals and business-development activities.
Gather client requirements and understand their business or operational workflows.
Coordinate system implementation, testing, training and go-live activities.
Support user adoption, change management and post-implementation follow-up.
Track project progress, risks, issues and deliverables.
Prepare project updates and documentation for management.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and further solutions.
Ensure projects follow relevant quality, compliance and data-privacy requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Medicine, Healthcare, Digital Health, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Project Management or a related field.
Project management or project coordination experience is preferred.
Experience in AI, IT, software, digital solutions, healthcare IT or system implementation is an advantage.
Strong communication, coordination and organizational skills.
Comfortable working with clients, management and technical teams.
Good understanding of business, technology or healthcare workflows.
Experience in client-facing, business development, sales support or implementation roles is an advantage.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
· Mandarin is an added advantage for business communication.
