Project Manager (AI Ed Hub)
You Are:
As a Project Manager, you will serve as the single point of contact for all client requests related to subject‑matter expert support and any matters concerning contractor performance.
The Work:
- You will lead and manage a large‑scale program composed of multiple projects with complexity and budget scope comparable to the task order at hand
- Responsibilities include planning, initiating, managing, executing, and closing out programs in support of the agency’s mission
- This role requires strong coordination across multidisciplinary teams, proactive stakeholder engagement, and effective oversight of program performance
Here’s What You Need:
- BA/BS degree
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- 5+ years of client management experience
- 5+ years of program management experience
- 3+ years supporting a large corporation or government agency, preferably within a large healthcare organization
- 2+ years managing large‑scale programs with multiple projects and multidisciplinary project teams
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience working within federal health agencies or large public sector health programs
- Additional program or project management certifications
- Background in performance management, contractor oversight, or technical program governance
- Ability to translate complex client needs into actionable program plans
Security Clearance:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
