Overview:
Join a global manufacturing technology leader driving its Software Defined Factory and Industry 4.0 transformation. This role will lead AI, MLOps, and cloud modernization initiatives, partnering with Data Scientists, Engineers, Architects, and business stakeholders to build scalable AI platforms and production-ready ML solutions.
You will manage end-to-end project delivery, drive MLOps best practices, oversee cloud and edge deployments, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-scale AI capabilities. The ideal candidate brings experience in AI/ML, MLOps, AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and digital transformation programs, with exposure to manufacturing, industrial IoT, or smart factory environments. Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI, MLOps, and cloud transformation initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Drive the development of scalable MLOps platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams comprising Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Architects, and IoT/OT stakeholders.
- Establish MLOps best practices and support Software Defined Factory (SDF) initiatives.
Requirements
- 6+ years' experience in AI/ML, MLOps, Cloud, DevOps, or related domains.
- Proven project management experience delivering enterprise-scale technology transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, containers, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience managing technical teams and working with AI/ML solutions.
- Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, Industrial IoT, or smart factory exposure preferred.
