Project Manager - AI

Salary: Commensurate with experience

We’re looking for a really good Project Manager.

Someone who loves delivering big, complex projects, brings a project team together and knows how to build great relationships with the people around them.

Sense is working exclusively with a large Australian organisation making a significant investment in its enterprise AI capability, and we’re helping them build the team to take it forward. There’s a lot happening, plenty still to be shaped and a genuine appetite to get moving.

We’re looking for the kind of PM who gets right into their project. You’ll know your stakeholders, understand what matters to them and keep them close. You’ll bring your project team together, create momentum and make sure everyone knows where they’re heading.

You’ll be across the detail without getting lost in it. Comfortable talking to senior executives one minute, then working through an issue with an architect, engineer, BA or change lead the next.

And when something gets stuck, you’re the person who gets it moving again.

Who are we looking for?
You’ll have delivered sizeable, complex technology projects or programs and genuinely enjoy the people side of project delivery.

You build relationships, communicate well, bring people with you and take ownership. You’re comfortable with ambiguity, good at joining the dots and don’t need everything perfectly mapped out before you get started.

AI experience would be great, but it’s not essential. Experience across data, digital, automation, platforms or major technology transformation could be just as relevant.

What matters is that you’re curious about AI, comfortable working in an evolving environment and excited about the opportunity to help build something new.
