Project Manager

Part time engagement (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication with clients and maintain strong relationships.
Coordinate communication and collaboration across internal teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
Create and maintain project documentation, processes and internal guidelines.
Analyze and improve existing workflows and operational processes.
Identify project risks and proactively propose solutions.
Ensure project goals, timelines and deliverables are met

Requirements
2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
English proficiency at B2–C1 level.
Hands-on experience working in Agile environments.
Good understanding of Linear.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Monday.com, or similar).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Risk management and decision-making abilities.
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
