Project Manager – AIOps

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – AIOps& AI-Driven Infrastructure Operations Transformation to lead theplanning, execution, and delivery of enterprise AIOps initiatives focused onmodernizing Infrastructure and Application Operations through AI andautomation.

The Project Manager will oversee the implementation ofAI-powered operational capabilities leveraging Azure AI Foundry, MicrosoftCopilot, ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes includingoperational efficiency, incident reduction, improved service reliability,enhanced observability, and automation adoption.

The role requires strong delivery management, stakeholderengagement, infrastructure operations knowledge, and experience managingcomplex transformation programs across multiple technology and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Leadership

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AIOps and AI transformation initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, and milestones.
• Establish project governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology implementation activities.
• Drive successful adoption of AI-powered operational capabilities across support teams.

Stakeholder Management

• Manage relationships with customer leadership, IT Operations teams, Service Management teams, cloud teams, and implementation partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project governance and delivery oversight.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive reviews.
• Communicate project progress, risks, issues, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Ensure business and operational teams remain aligned throughout the transformation journey.

AIOps Transformation Management

• Drive implementation of AI-driven operational use cases including:
• Incident Intelligence
• Event Correlation
• Alert Noise Reduction
• Root Cause Analysis
• Predictive Monitoring
• Automated Remediation
• Knowledge Management Automation
• AI-assisted Service Desk Operations
• Coordinate deployment of AI agents and Copilot-based operational assistants.
• Ensure use cases are prioritized based on business value and operational impact.
• Track realization of expected benefits and KPIs.

Technology & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate implementation activities across:
• Azure AI Foundry
• Microsoft Copilot
• SolarWinds
• Instana
• ServiceNow
• Azure Cloud Services
• Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners.
• Ensure integration and data readiness across monitoring, observability, and ITSM platforms.
• Facilitate technical decision-making and issue resolution.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Establish project governance structures and reporting frameworks.
• Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Manage change requests, scope variations, and project escalations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and AI governance requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and audit readiness.

Change Management & Adoption

• Drive organizational change management activities.
• Ensure operational teams are prepared for AI adoption.
• Coordinate training, communication, and awareness programs.
• Monitor adoption metrics and user feedback.
• Support transition into Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations.

Reporting & Executive Communication

Required Experience

• 10+ years of project or program management experience.
• Proven experience delivering Infrastructure Transformation, ITSM Transformation, or Cloud Transformation programs.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale technology projects involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Experience in Infrastructure Operations, Application Support, Service Management, or Managed Services environments.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
