Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Project Manager with 5-8 years of experience to manage and deliver projects in the airline domain. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of airline operations and experience with Passenger Service Systems (PSS), reservations, ticketing, and ancillary services. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient project execution, and delivering outcomes within established timelines and budgets.

Must-Have Skillsets (Mandatory):
- Strong expertise in managing airline-specific projects related to PSS, reservations, ticketing, and ancillary services.
- In-depth knowledge of airline operations and associated systems.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Expertise in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
- Ability to identify risks and develop strategies for mitigation and timely resolution of issues.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure alignment with business goals.

Good-to-Have Skillsets (Optional):
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software for tracking progress and reporting.
- Understanding of industry trends and innovations in the airline domain.

Qualifications & Experience:
- 5-8 years of project management experience, with a preference for candidates in the airline or travel industry.
- PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
