The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of the new health system within the AKG Workplace Health Services Division. Work as part of the AKG Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure organisational efficiency and alignment of tools and techniques to deliver the project to a standard expected within AKG. You will play a pivotal role ensuring all key deliverables are met.
Lend your expertise to the development and implementation of comprehensive project plans
Managing budgets, tracking expenses and reporting financial status to senior leaders
Communicate with management on status of project and reporting updates
Utilise your experience to anticipate risks and implement strategies to manage and mitigate any risks
Manage all aspects of the project life cycle, oversee phases of project completion and provide clear direction and support to cross functional teams
Manage stakeholder and vendor management and communications

Experience in partnering with key business owners to define success metrics and criteria and conduct post implementation reviews
Extensive experience in project management with demonstrated success as a Project Manager in leading and managing significant health software or IT systems transformation projects in a healthcare setting
Experienced with Project Management Methodologies – PMBOK, Prince 2, Agile, LEAN, Monday.com
Hold Project Management Tertiary qualifications – preferred not essential
Advanced computer skills
More than just a salary!
