Project Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Project Manager to join our engineering team. Our products enable construction companies to eliminate the need for diesel and drive the transition toward fully electrified construction sites. Our engineering process is intricate, involving electronics, power electronics, high power systems, mechanical engineering, software, IoT, and testing, from design to production deployment. This role offers a broad scope with ample opportunities for development and learning.

You should be motivated, reliable, thorough, and excited about working with innovative products. You will need to operate with a degree of autonomy and be a clear, candid, and effective communicator in both spoken and written English.

1. Lead cross-functional teams and external stakeholders in the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects

2. Drive project roadmaps and provide high-level oversight to ensure all engineering objectives and business milestones are met

3. Communicate with factories and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery

4. PLM management support of Ampd products

5. Manage bill of materials, subassemblies and individual items via the change order process

6. Work with the Engineering teams to ensure documentation is correctly and accurately uploaded and maintained on the Arena PLM database

• A strategic leader with a proven track record of managing high-stakes technical projects

• An expert communicator capable of influencing senior leadership and external partners

• Passionate about improving our environment

• Bachelor’s degree in project management or an Engineering field

• 10+ years of experience in project management (Candidates with less than 10 years of experience may be considered for an Assistant Project Manager role)

• Actual production experiences with documentation and reporting skills would be an advantage
