Project Manager – Analytics - (BFSI)[Shephali]

Summary

Oversees large-scale analytics/data transformation projects in BFSI, applying Agile/SAFe to plan, execute, and align cross-functional teams while ensuring governance and stakeholder communication.

Total Experience Required: 8–14 years of overall relevant experience (exact level determined based on candidate profile).
BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI experience is mandatory; candidates with 8–14+ years of BFSI experience will be considered for the more senior band of this role.
Location: Open — candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi Client, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.
Engagement Type - Full Time - Permanent
Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered — this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale analytics/data transformation projects
  • Apply Agile and SAFe methodologies to plan, track, and manage delivery
  • Manage stakeholder communication and alignment across business, data, and technology teams
  • Own delivery governance, risk management, and reporting for assigned initiatives
  • Support Business Transformation objectives through structured, delivery-focused project management

Required / Must-Have Skills

  • Strong PM skills with a demonstrated ability to drive and deliver large-scale, end-to-end projects
  • Project management experience within banking or financial services
  • Experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies
  • Strong communication skills and delivery-focused Business Transformation project experience

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

  • Data project experience (desirable but not mandatory)
