Project Manager and Graphic Designer (Brand Guardian)

As a Brand Guardian, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our brand identity globally while supporting various brand and marketing-related projects. The position requires experience and knowledge of graphic design tools but is focused on providing support and feedback to different regional teams rather than being a purely creative role. Key Responsibilities: Brand Guardian: - Ensure consistency and integrity of the Hitachi Cooling and Heating brand across all touchpoints at a global level. - Develop, maintain, and reinforce brand guidelines and standards. - Collaborate with internal multifunctional teams to create and deliver brand-compliant materials. - Monitor and evaluate the brand's presence across various channels and make recommendations for improvements. Graphic Design (30 % of the position's workload): - Occasionally support business units creating visually compelling graphics for digital and print media. - Work with the Brand Experience team to develop creative concepts and campaigns. - Stay updated with design trends and tools. Project Management (70 % of the position's workload): - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including digital, segment team to ensure project alignment and successful delivery. - Assist in the development and execution of global brand initiatives and campaigns. - Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global strategies to local markets. - Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing the brand experience. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and project management, preferably within a global or large-scale organization. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other graphic design software. - Understanding of branding and some knowledge of marketing. - Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail. - Communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively. - Experience working in a cross-cultural environment is a plus. - High level of English (total professional competence).
