Project Manager
Summary
Andersen Lab is hiring a Project Manager (remote-friendly, based in Warsaw) to run software delivery: managing scope, timelines, and risks, coordinating teams, and reporting to stakeholders using Agile practices and tools like Jira and Confluence. Requires a technical background, 1+ year of managerial experience, and Upper-Intermediate+ English.

Responsibilities:
- Managing project scope, timeline, and deliverables in line with project goals.
- Coordinating daily project activities and team communication.
- Planning tasks, priorities, and milestones together with stakeholders and the team.
- Monitoring project progress, timelines, and risks.
- Facilitating regular team meetings and status updates.
- Maintaining project documentation and reporting to stakeholders.
- Supporting resource planning and workload distribution.
- Ensuring adherence to project management processes and Agile practices.
Kogo poszukujemy?
Must-haves:
- Technical background with 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development, QA, test automation, or business analysis.
- Managerial experience with ownership of delivery and team outcomes for 1+ years.
- Proven accountability and ownership in delivering outcomes and resolving complex issues.
- Strong system thinking, including understanding cross-functional dependencies and delivery impacts.
- Strong data-driven mindset, using metrics and measurable outcomes to guide decisions and improvements.
- Understanding Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management practices.
- Experience in working with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate+ and above.
- Experience with Fixed Fee, experience running the project from pre-sale to production rollout.
- Experience running pre-sales.
- Experience with SAP/Dynamics/Salesforce.
