Oversee interior renovation and furniture-related construction projects in Singapore, coordinating teams, budgets, and timelines while ensuring safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules, and develop an effective construction strategy.
- Lead and oversee site operations, including supervising and coordinating subcontractors and workers.
- Work closely with clients, architects, engineers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions when required.
- Maintain proper documentation of site activities, contracts, variations, and project reports.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and quality standards at all times.
- Support project handover, final inspections, and closing documentation.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Building, Construction Management, or related field recognised by BCA.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry.
- Experience in office renovation, interior fit-out, furniture-related projects, or Addition &Alteration (A&A) works will be an advantage.
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced project environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
