  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to keep the program on track and achieve established milestones.
  • Track cybersecurity maturity using the company’s cybersecurity framework and standards.
  • Track program budget and spending levels, alerting management to future cost-related risks.
  • Manage evidence collection, documentation, and status tracking to support audit requirements.
  • Identify, log, and drive resolution of program risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate appropriately to leadership.
  • Report status regularly to leadership, including preparation for steering committee meetings.
  • Maintain program and project documentation in accordance with company standards.
  • Coordinate with internal team members and third-party providers to clarify accountabilities and expectations.
  • Lead and manage other IT projects and programs, as time allows.
  • Use prior experience and the role to influence Project Management maturity across IT.
  • Exemplify the company’s core values and behaviors.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
  • Awareness of Agile and Waterfall-style project techniques.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with standard PM tooling (e.g., Monday, Smartsheet, Asana, MS Project, Jira, or similar) and reporting/collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Excel/PowerPoint).
  • Experience interfacing with third-party providers to deliver program goals.
