Project Manager -Application Migration (multiple headcounts)

About the role

The Project Manager will play a key role in driving application migration workstreams, working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and senior management to deliver critical transformation initiatives. The role involves managing end-to-end application migration projects across business and technology domains within a large-scale technology transformation programme focused on building a new private cloud platform and migrating over 100 business and IT applications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end application migration projects across business and technology domains

• Coordinate application assessments and migration planning activities

• Drive migration execution, testing, deployment, and cutover activities

• Work closely with business users, infrastructure teams, architects, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery

• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies

• Facilitate stakeholder communications and provide regular project status reporting

• Ensure project governance standards, documentation, and controls are maintained throughout the project lifecycle

• Support cloud transformation and infrastructure modernization initiatives

About you

• 4-8 years of Project Management experience within large enterprise environments

• Proven experience delivering application migration, infrastructure transformation, or enterprise technology transformation projects

• Strong project planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Experience with cloud migration projects (Private Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, or Public Cloud environments)

• Experience with data centre migration or infrastructure transformation programmes

• Experience working within financial services, banking, insurance, or regulated environments

• Fluent in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
