Project Manager (Application project, 5 days work, over $70K)

Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 per month

Job Duties:

• Lead a team of staff to implement a Unified e-Consent Platform for Various Service

• Manage implementation services of outsourced contractors

• Act as a bridge between technical teams and users, giving progress updates and translating technical details into plain language.

• Oversee all the phases (such as system design, development, user acceptance testing or system debugging) to make sure system deliver on time.

• Good at organising, presentation and writing skills

• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirement:

• Degree or above in Computer Science or related subjects

• At least 15 years' experience in IT industry

• At least 8 years experience in managing projects using PRINCE, SSADM or RAD methodologies;

• At least 8 years experience in design, development and management of enterprise scale systems built on J2EE and/or .NET platform;

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) holder is preferred;
