Project Manager
Description
- Lead concept design review with OEMs and ensure alignment with equipment requirements
- Validate design inputs for EMI shielding integration
- Dyno structural and mechanical requirements
- Ensure multidisciplinary coordination (Arch., Stru., MEP & EMI)
- Review and approve design calculations, IFC drawings & BOQ and specifications
- Lead approvals with MODON, Civil Defense, Municipalities
- Ensure compliance with SBC (FLS, Mechanical & Electrical), EMI/EMC standards
- Manage submission of authority documents
- Establish construction management plan
- Lead site coordination meetings
- Monitor progress vs baseline project schedule
- Monitor QA/QC compliance
- Monitor contractor performance
- Ensure zero disruption to the live facility operation
- Oversee the T&C activities
- Integrated system validation (HVAC, Electrical and Shielding)
- Review as-built drawings, O&M manuals
- Lead final handover and closeout documentation
- Monitor cost vs budget
- Review contractor invoices and variations
- Implement risk mitigation strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or related disciplines
- 10+ years in industrial / lab projects
- Experience in automotive or testing facilities preferred
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced project environments
