Lead concept design review with OEMs and ensure alignment with equipment requirements
Validate design inputs for EMI shielding integration
Dyno structural and mechanical requirements
Ensure multidisciplinary coordination (Arch., Stru., MEP & EMI)
Review and approve design calculations, IFC drawings & BOQ and specifications
Lead approvals with MODON, Civil Defense, Municipalities
Ensure compliance with SBC (FLS, Mechanical & Electrical), EMI/EMC standards
Manage submission of authority documents
Establish construction management plan
Lead site coordination meetings
Monitor progress vs baseline project schedule
Monitor QA/QC compliance
Monitor contractor performance
Ensure zero disruption to the live facility operation
Oversee the T&C activities
Integrated system validation (HVAC, Electrical and Shielding)
Review as-built drawings, O&M manuals
Lead final handover and closeout documentation
Monitor cost vs budget
Review contractor invoices and variations
Implement risk mitigation strategies

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or related disciplines
10+ years in industrial / lab projects
Experience in automotive or testing facilities preferred
Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced project environments
