Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced project manager to lead and manage end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong team management skills, technical understanding, and proven experience in handling complex projects across multiple technologies and methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project planning, execution, and delivery within timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ensure effective team management, task allocation, and performance tracking.
• Drive Agile/Scrum practices and ensure smooth project workflows.
• Manage risks, issues, and escalations proactively.
• Maintain project documentation, reporting, and communication.
• Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations.

Requirements:

• Hands-on exposure to Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience working with MuleSoft integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle large teams and multiple projects.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 10+ years of total experience in IT project management.
• Strong team management and leadership experience.
• No long career gaps.
• Immediate joiners highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP / Scrum certifications.
• Experience working in client-facing roles.
