Summary
Manages day-to-day contractor performance for IT, cybersecurity, and logistics support at the Aberdeen Test Center site, serving as the on-site point of contact to the government COR. Requires a SECRET clearance (TS/SCI eligibility for classified systems work).
Position Title: Project Manager - ATC
Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD
Clearance required: SECRET minimum (Tier 3 / T3R); Top Secret / SCI eligible (Tier 5 / T5R) required to administer classified systems or networks or for critical- or special-sensitive duties.
Scope of Work: Serves as the Key Personnel Project Manager for the Aberdeen Test Center site, directing day-to-day contractor performance and serving as the site point of contact to the COR for IT, cybersecurity, and logistics support.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Direct day-to-day contractor operations and staffing at the ATC site.
- Serve as the site point of contact to the COR and coordinate with the Program Manager.
- Ensure service level agreements, security, and certification requirements are met at the site.
- Coordinate site work schedules, travel, reporting, and personnel accountability.
- Support monthly reporting and performance evaluation meetings.
