Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager to help plan, coordinate, and deliver Atlassian transformation projects, including Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Cloud migrations, and AI-powered workflows. You will be a key point of coordination between clients, consultants, architects, developers, and internal stakeholders, helping ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with customer expectations. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, communicates clearly, and is ready to grow their project management career in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal — required
Based in Bogotá, Colombia, and able to work on-site in Chico Norte
2-4 years of project coordination or project management experience, ideally in software implementation, technology consulting, or SaaS
Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies
Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
Comfortable facilitating meetings and managing stakeholder expectations
Experience working with distributed or remote teams is a plus
Availability during US Eastern Time business hours
Looking for a long-term career opportunity, not a short-term position
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management)
Scrum Master, CAPM, PMP, or equivalent certification (or working toward one)
Experience supporting Cloud migration projects
Familiarity with Atlassian Intelligence, Rovo, Forge, or Automation
Understanding of ITSM, DevOps, and Agile operating models
