Experience in designing large enterprise-level solutions upon technical, application and business requirements
Fluent in Exchange capacity planning, disaster recovery, performance tuning and testing, logical and physical architecture design
Migrations from legacy Exchange to Exchange 2013 and Office365
Understanding of Public Folder and PST migration complexities
Consulting to support hybrid platform solutions and platform rationalization for customers.
Knowledge to develop and execute complex deployment scenarios
Project plan development
Development and documentation of deployment and test, migration plans.
Hygiene solutions such as: Ironport, Forefront, Messagelabs, etc.
Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008/2012
Knowledge of Microsoft HyperV
Effectively communicate both orally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences
