Drive the Delivery of Innovative AV Solutions

We are seeking an experienced AV Project Manager to join our growing Audiovisual team. This role is responsible for leading the successful delivery of AV integration projects from initial planning through to commissioning and client handover. Working closely with senior leadership, technical teams, subcontractors and clients, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

About the Role

This position is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle while leading site teams and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Planning

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of AV integration projects.
  • Develop project schedules, allocate resources and coordinate procurement activities.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure delivery milestones are achieved.

Team Leadership & Site Coordination

  • Lead and support Site Supervisors, Technicians, as well as subcontractors.
  • Provide technical guidance, oversight and performance feedback.
  • Drive safe work practices, quality outcomes and project productivity.

Client & Commercial Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, variations, quotations and commercial outcomes.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Project Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure projects meet contractual, quality and compliance requirements.
  • Identify and manage project risks and delivery challenges.
  • Coordinate project reporting, commissioning, testing and handover activities.

Documentation & Closeout

  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
  • Coordinate as-built documentation, compliance packs and handover deliverables.
  • Ensure project closeout activities are completed to internal and client standards.

About You

  • At least 3 years' experience managing AV, ICT, technology, or construction projects, with a strong understanding of AV systems and infrastructure.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with varied timelines and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of project scheduling, subcontractor management, and on-site delivery practices.
  • Qualifications - Certificate or Diploma in Project Management, Construction Management and MS Project (as applicable) or willingness to undertake further study.
  • AVIXA CTS certification (or ability to obtain).
  • Exposure to delivering projects for government or secure clients, with exposure to ISM, DISP, or PSPF compliance.
  • Knowledge of job management tools (e.g. simPRO or similar) and competent in the use of Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Australian Citizenship or the ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 Security Clearance.
  • Current Drivers licence and industry certifications, including White Card, Asbestos Awareness, Asbestos Containment and Silica Awareness.
