Project Manager.
In this role you will be responsible for leading all phases of program development, coordinating cross-functional teams, and collaborating with internal departments and customers to ensure successful program execution, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve:
Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of program development, ensuring successful execution in alignment with Autoliv processes, customer requirements, and business objectives.
Manage program scope, timing, budget, deliverables, and launch performance while driving accountability across engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, supply chain, and supplier teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, leading technical discussions, project reviews, negotiations, and issue resolution activities.
Coordinate global project teams and manufacturing facilities to ensure effective communication, timely decision-making, and achievement of critical project milestones.
Support business growth and operational excellence by driving quoting activities, facilitating design reviews and tollgate processes, monitoring project risks, and implementing best practices to ensure successful program launches.
If you have/are:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited university (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred).
Proven experience leading or participating in automotive project launches within a cross-functional team environment.
Experience in the automotive industry, preferably with occupant restraint systems or related safety products.
Strong project management and engineering background, with demonstrated financial acumen, problem-solving abilities, and experience managing project deliverables and timelines.
Advanced English proficiency required; German language skills are a plus. Strong leadership, organizational, communication, adaptability, and stakeholder influence skills are essential.
