This program leverages AI-powered robots and smart sensors to automate critical inspection tasks—reducing risk, improving accuracy, and enabling real-time insights in complex operational environments.

As a Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing this cutting-edge technology to life—ensuring seamless execution, stakeholder adoption, and successful integration into live operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of a multi-workstream robotics deployment program
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance with strong governance
  • Drive structured decision-making, governance frameworks, and accountability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, IT, and vendors
  • Identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure timely issue resolution
  • Deliver clear, impactful updates to senior stakeholders and leadership

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong Project/Program Management experience in complex, technology-driven environments
  • Expertise in financial tracking, planning, and risk management
  • Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive execution in fast-paced settings
  • Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional teams

Preferred Background: Exposure to one or more of the following domains is advantageous:

  • Robotics and automation programs
  • Industrial operations
  • Digital transformation initiatives
  • Data and IT-enabled projects
  • Asset-intensive environments requiring operational deployment
