Salary: Rp6.000.000 – Rp7.500.000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to coordinate and oversee Audio Visual (AV), and Security Access Control System projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, including planning, engineering coordination, procurement, installation, system integration, testing, commissioning, and project handover. Ability to communicate in English is mandatory.
The role requires strong technical knowledge, project management capabilities, and the ability to coordinate with customers, contractors, vendors, and internal engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in AV, Security Access Control, or System Integration projects, including at least 2 years in a project management or project leadership role. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, this is a mandatory requirement.
Proven experience managing projects involving one or more of the following systems:
CCTV & Video Surveillance Systems
Access Control Systems
Audio Visual (AV) Systems
Video Wall & Digital Signage
Video Conferencing & Meeting Room Solutions
Good understanding of system architecture, technical drawings, network topology, and system integration requirements.
Ability to review technical specifications, Bill of Quantities (BoQ), Single-Line-Diagrams (SLD), and shop drawings.
Experience managing project schedules, budgets, manpower, subcontractors, and material procurement.
Familiarity with installation standards, testing and commissioning procedures, and project documentation.
Strong knowledge of project risk management, cost control, quality assurance, and HSE requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, execute, monitor, and control AV, Security System, and other projects from initiation through completion.
Develop project execution plans, timelines, budgets, manpower plans, and resource allocation.
Review project contracts, technical specifications, drawings, BoQ, and scope of work.
Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure accurate system design, technical compliance, and integration requirements.
Manage procurement schedules, equipment delivery, subcontractors, and installation activities.
Supervise and coordinate project engineers, site supervisors, technicians, vendors, and subcontractors.
Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and schedule to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
Identify project risks, technical issues, and potential delays, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Coordinate installation, configuration, system integration, testing, and commissioning activities.
Ensure all project activities comply with applicable HSE regulations, quality standards, and customer requirements.
Conduct project coordination meetings and maintain effective communication with customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Prepare and submit project progress reports, technical documentation, method statements, and project handover documents.
Coordinate Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and User Acceptance Tests (UAT), where applicable.
Manage project variations, change orders, and additional work requests.
Ensure successful project completion, customer acceptance, and final handover within the approved budget and schedule.
Coordinate warranty support and outstanding project issues following system handover.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with proven experience managing end-to-end AV and Security System integration projects for corporate, industrial, commercial, or oil and gas customers will be highly preferred.
