The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that all objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination and administration within a professional environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management software tools.
  • Strong understanding of the project life cycle and project development methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience managing projects in a technology or software development environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Experience working with remote or distributed teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and communicate comprehensive project plans and schedules using project management software.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Manage project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and change requests, to maintain transparency and accountability.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, team members, and external partners to ensure alignment and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor project progress throughout the project life cycle and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
