Bacancy Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage software development projects from initiation through successful delivery. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, stakeholder management, resource coordination, delivery, risk management, and ensuring projects meet agreed timelines, scope, quality, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end software development projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients, developers, QA engineers, architects, designers, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
- Track project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
- Conduct regular client and internal project meetings.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
- Manage project resources, priorities, and capacity.
- Identify and proactively address project risks and blockers.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, status updates, and dashboards.
- Manage change requests and ensure appropriate impact assessment.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support project estimation, proposal preparation, and presales activities when required.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in software project management.
- Experience managing IT/software development projects in an IT services environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and software development lifecycle.
- Experience working with international clients is preferred.
- Strong understanding of technology and software development processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is an advantage.
