This role will lead the execution of a major legal entity migration initiative, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder alignment, regulatory coordination, and programme delivery across multiple workstreams.
Contract: 12 months
Location: Changi
Salary up to $15000
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end programme planning and execution across multiple workstreams.
- Drive programme governance through Steering Committees, Working Groups, and executive forums.
- Manage programme risks, issues, dependencies, and critical milestones.
- Coordinate with Business, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders.
- Ensure regulatory deliverables and governance requirements are met.
- Provide strategic updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Drive business readiness and ensure continuity of BAU operations during programme implementation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Project or Programme Management experience within Financial Services.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior executives and C-suite stakeholders.
- Expertise in governance, risk management, and cross-functional delivery.
- Experience managing complex programmes involving multiple workstreams and dependencies.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience
- Wealth Management, Private Banking, Retail Banking, or Financial Markets background.
- Experience in legal entity migrations, business integration, restructuring, or M&A-related programmes.
- Exposure to regulatory-driven transformation initiatives.
- PMO or enterprise transformation office leadership experience.
