Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure, energy, and industrial projects in Texas. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure)

Manage large-scale projects related to:

Energy (solar, natural gas, geothermal, etc.)

Infrastructure & construction

Manufacturing and industrial facilities

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations

Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, contractors, and stakeholders

Monitor project performance, risks, and KPIs; implement mitigation strategies

Ensure compliance with federal, state (Texas), and industry regulations

Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and contract negotiations

Provide regular progress reports to senior leadership and stakeholders

Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across projects

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field

5–10+ years of project management experience (preferably in energy, infrastructure, or manufacturing)

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)

Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills


Preferred:

PMP (Project Management Professional) certification

Experience in renewable energy or industrial development projects

Familiarity with Texas regulatory and construction environments

Experience working with government or large enterprise contracts

Key Skills
