Bnode is looking for a Project Manager Build to join its Out Of Home Asset Management department, at the heart of the rollout and optimisation of our national locker network (BBoxes). As a Project Manager, you will lead projects end-to-end in a fast-paced, technical, and field-oriented environment. This is a unique opportunity within a rapidly expanding organisation, with an exceptional project volume, a fast-growing network, and a real chance to make a tangible impact on the structuring of a strategic department. Key responsibilities Define and scope projects (scope, business needs, stakeholders) Build and maintain project plans (high-level and detailed planning) Track progress, milestones, and KPIs Manage risks, dependencies, and priorities Ensure successful project delivery and closure Lead and manage ~15 team members (field coordinators + administrative staff) Organise, prioritise, and follow up on daily activities Support team development and capability growth Drive engagement and collective team dynamics Challenge existing ways of working and propose concrete improvements Contribute to the implementation of new tools and processes Ensure smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders Build buy-in and manage sometimes conflicting interests Represent and defend projects towards management
