Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the project plan, including defining the scope, timeline, budget, and resource requirements.
Organize and lead project meetings to review progress, address issues, and make key decisions.
Monitor project progress and performance against the plan, and take corrective action as needed to keep the project on track.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders on a regular basis.
Coordinate the efforts of the cross-functional development team, including engineers, designers, and quality assurance personnel.
Collaborate with the client to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and managed effectively.
Document project processes, decisions, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
Prepare functional specifications and user requirements and communicate with the technical team for feasibility and scheduling.
Control the project-related risk management process and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4-5 years of experience managing IT development projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and execute project plans.
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, GWS, RPA Tool(Zapier , N8N), or equivalent platforms.
Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
Solid understanding of the payment industry, including payment flows, systems, or related regulations.
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
PMP or other project management certification is preferred.
Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and Mandarin.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or cross-border payment industry is a definite advantage.
