Project Manager – BI, ETL, Big Data & Java

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT project delivery from requirements gathering to production rollout

• Manage BI, ETL, Big Data, and Java application development projects

• Coordinate with business users, developers, QA teams, vendors, and stakeholders

• Monitor project schedules, resources, budgets, risks, and deliverables

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum project activities and status reporting

• Ensure quality, security, and successful project implementation

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines

• 5+ years' project management experience in software development or data projects

• Knowledge of BI, Data Warehouse, ETL/ELT, Big Data, and Java technologies

• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik

• Knowledge of Informatica, DataStage, SSIS, Talend, etc.

• Familiarity with SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL

• Exposure to Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Databricks, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)

• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or related certifications
