About the role
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end product development and go-to-market initiatives for a leading cosmetics and consumer goods brand in Singapore. This contract role is central to delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and within budget in a fast-moving consumer category.
Key responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for cosmetics and consumer goods product launches, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, marketing, supply chain, regulatory, and external vendors to ensure seamless project alignment.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, risk registers, and status reports, proactively resolving blockers and escalating critical issues.
Drive stage-gate processes for new product development, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
Facilitate stakeholder communication and post-project reviews, capturing lessons learned to improve future delivery.
About you
8–12 years of project management experience, with a strong track record in cosmetics, beauty, or consumer goods industries.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects using tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Jira, with PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
Solid understanding of product development lifecycles, packaging, regulatory requirements, and retail execution in the consumer sector.
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
Fluency in English is required for daily collaboration with regional and international teams, suppliers, and regulatory bodies across multiple markets.
